Role Description
The Assistant Store Manager Operations will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all activities and services meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include team management, customer service, vendor coordination, operational oversight, and collaboration with the marketing and partnerships team. The AGM will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences, implementing operational improvements, and achieving business goals. This is a full time, in office role based in Chennai, requiring a hands-on approach and attention to detail.
Store Operations
Support the Site Manager in overseeing daily store operations
Ensure smooth functioning of gaming, café, reception, and customer areas
Monitor daily activities to maintain operational efficiency and service quality
Ensure company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational standards are followed
Handle operational issues and support the team during peak business hours
Team Supervision
Supervise floor staff and ensure proper task execution
Manage staff attendance, shift scheduling, grooming, and discipline
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of recent team members
Motivate and guide staff to maintain productivity and customer service standards
