That's this job. Confidential company is a physician-led preventive health and longevity membership. We don't just send reports — we run our members' health like a system, year-round. But a system is only as valuable as the person who makes it real on the ground. That's you. This is not a desk role. You'll be in clinics and hospitals, on the phone with labs and specialists, and beside members and their families on the days that matter. We're looking for someone who combines the warmth of great hospitality with the calm of someone who knows their way around a hospital. What You'll Actually DoBe there, on the ground Accompany members — and members' parents — to hospitals, diagnostic centres and specialist appointments. Manage the whole visit: arrival, paperwork, navigating departments, waiting with them, and getting them home. Be the calm, competent presence in the room when someone is anxious, unwell, or far from family. Handle the logistics members shouldn't have to: scheduling, transport, reports, follow-up bookings. Coordinate the care Own the end-to-end journey for your members: labs scheduled, results chased, specialists routed, follow-ups booked, nothing dropped. Keep the physician and health-coach team informed — flag anything clinical promptly and accurately. For NRI families, be the trusted local hands and eyes for parents in India: coordinate, update the family, and reassure. Maintain clean, up-to-date member records of every appointment, report and action.
