Customer Service Representative (Chennai)

Key Responsibilities: Explain DDC’s products and services in a professional manner via email, text message, orchat. Engage with customers while communicating warmth, empathy, and patiencethroughout interaction. Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer problems and concerns. Escalate customer needs that require additional knowledge or ability to leadership. Timely communication with US teams via email, chat, and/or ticketing systems. Follow DDC procedures and guidelines to ensure that DDC’s services are offered in amanner consistent with our mission and vision statements. Other duties as assigned or become evident.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Two (2) years’ experience in customer service, preferably in contact center setting. Able to speak, write, and read English fluently, ensuring clear communication and propergrammar in all customer interactions. Effective communication via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems including proper tonefor customer interactions. Attention to detail in documenting interactions and keeping track of follow-ups.
