Role Description The Manager – Employee Transportation will oversee end-to-end employee commute operations for client organizations, ensuring secure, timely, and cost-effective transportation services. This full time, on-site role based in Chennai involves managing daily fleet deployment, route planning, and shift-wise scheduling in coordination with transport vendors and internal stakeholders. The role includes monitoring service performance, handling escalations, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The manager will be responsible for data tracking, generating operational reports, and driving continuous process improvements to optimize costs and enhance employee experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including facilities, security, HR, and technology partners, will be essential to deliver seamless, reliable transportation services.

Qualifications
