About the Role : The Inbound Customer Service Agent acts as the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, providing timely, professional, and effective support via phone and research. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Responsibilities :
Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and account statuses.
Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate complex cases to relevant departments.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM or call tracking systems.
Demonstrate empathy and professionalism during all customer interactions.
Meet performance metrics such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
Stay updated on company policies, product knowledge, and customer service protocols.
Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications : 12 + 3 years of education (Any Graduate)
Required Skills :
Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is desirable.
Proficient communication skills in the relevant language(s) of the customer base.
Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate CRM systems.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Solid problem-solving and time management skills.
Preferred Skills :
Effective verbal and written communication.
Active listening and empathy.
Patience and adaptability.
Multitasking and organizational capabilities.
Conflict resolution.
Basic technical proficiency with call center software tools.
Experience: 1 Year to 5 Years.
