e Hiring | Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Chennai We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 5–7 years of experience to join a large-scale Auditorium project (~80,000 SFT). This is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai. Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the project, ensuring cost efficiency and value optimization. Key responsibilities include preparation of BOQs, cost planning, budgeting, and regular cost reporting, while closely coordinating with design, construction, and procurement teams. Key Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Cost Planning, Cost Control & Cost Management
- Hands-on experience in preparing and managing BOQs
- Proven ability in accurate cost reporting and budget monitoring
- Solid experience across Civil & Interior works, with working knowledge of MEP services
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in QS tools/software
