Javascript Developer (Chennai)

Role Description This is a full-time, in office JavaScript Developer role based in Chennai. The JavaScript Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications, collaborating closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features. Daily responsibilities include implementing responsive user interfaces, building reusable components, integrating front-end code with back-end services, and writing clean, testable JavaScript. The role also involves debugging and optimizing applications for performance, participating in code reviews, and following established development standards and best practices. The developer will work within an agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement of tools and processes. Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern JavaScript ecosystems, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and modular code.
- Hands-on experience in Front-End Development, including building responsive UIs, component-based architectures, and working with frameworks that integrate with Redux.js.
- Practical exposure to Back-End Web Development and Software Development concepts, including RESTful APIs, data handling, and application lifecycle management.
- Understanding of state management patterns and tools such as Redux.js, and experience integrating them into complex web applications.
- Familiarity with version control (Git), build tools, and package managers commonly used in JavaScript projects.
- Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize web applications for performance and reliability.
- Comfort working in collaborative, agile teams, with clear communication and documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
