System Administrator (Chennai)

We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator with 3-5 years of experience to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining servers, networks, security systems, backups, and cloud environments while ensuring high availability and performance of business-critical systems. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers. Monitor server health, system performance, and network availability. Manage Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and access permissions. Perform routine system maintenance, upgrades, and security patching. Configure and manage DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall, and network services. Maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. Implement system security measures and monitor vulnerabilities. Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and project support. Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support when required. equired Skills Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration Linux Administration Active Directory & Group Policy Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) Virtualization technologies Backup and recovery processes Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP. Good troubleshooting and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
