Key Responsibilities ● Provide administrative support to the sports science team, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping. ● Manage the team’s calendar, meetings, and appointments. ● Maintain accurate athlete data and equipment inventory. ● Craft and disseminate key messages, and communication materials to highlight the team’s achievements. ● Build and nurture relationships with media, sponsors, and stakeholders to secure coverage and support. ● Process invoices, expenses, and financial documents with accuracy and timeliness. ● Maintain office and storage areas for a safe, organized environment. ● Provide general administrative support (photocopying, scanning, etc.). Accounting & Financial Administration ● Basic knowledge of accounting for managing income/expenses, data entry, record maintenance, and reconciliation. ● Familiarity with Tally software preferred. Communication & Professional Skills ● Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). ● Professionalism in handling internal coordination, documentation, and external correspondence. Skill Requirement : ● Keen interest in learning and growing. ● High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Sports Management or related field desirable. ● Proven experience in administration or office management, preferably in sports or scientific contexts. ● Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. ● Solid writing and verbal communication abilities. ● Understanding of sports science and the sports industry (desirable). ● Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
