Modeler - Construction Modeling (Chennai)

Responsibilities We are seeking a detail-oriented Modeler to apply constructability and detailing principles in developing accurate construction models and shop drawings. The role involves collaborating with project teams to ensure high-quality execution, address constructability challenges, and support productive project delivery. Responsibilities:
- Interpret design drawings, specifications, and applicable codes/standards
- Develop and maintain accurate Tekla models and connections aligned with design intent
- Perform model constructability reviews
- Collaborate with design teams and contractors to develop engineering solutions
- Create shop drawings and erection sheets
- Develop custom reports and drawing templates as needed Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Architecture or related field required
- 7+ minimum prior years experience with 5+ prior years experience in Tekla steel detailing on complex projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated career growth that includes experience working with design teams for a variety of building or project types
- Strong client-service attitude with ability to multi-task and accomplish multiple priorities
