Job Summary A Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and workspaces. The role ensures a clean, comfortable, and safe setting for guests and staff. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish room supplies
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize assigned areas
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to supervisors
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals properly
- Respond to guest requests politely and efficiently
- Dispose of waste according to hotel procedures
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies Required Skills
