Description
Operate air bubble film / bubble wrap production machine. Set temperature, speed, pressure, and gauge as per production plan. Monitor product quality, bubble strength, roll size, and weight. Load raw materials (LDPE / LLDPE) and maintain correct mixing ratio. Reduce wastage and ensure smooth machine running. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major breakdowns. Maintain daily production targets. Pack finished rolls properly for dispatch. Follow safety standards and keep work area clean. Work in day/night shifts as required.
