How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

Key Skills And Experience

Must-Have:

- Graduate or Master's degree with 5 plus years of experience in manufacturing operations or a related field
- Familiar understanding of quality control processes and standards
- Ability to lead and mentor team members effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
- Proficient in using operational tools and software
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
