Job Requirements Role/ Job Title: Senior Lead– Credit Administration Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking Operations Job Purpose 'Job requires to handle through self checks and team, post sanction activities in credit framework for Large Corporates and ensuring adherence to credit, regulatory, legal and product guidelines while allowing the disbursement to customer. As last gatekeep of the money and important control functions, role involves extensive due diligence and monitoring of credit conditions stipulated by approving committee and ensuring adeauate limit, covenant, collateral and documents management.Roles&Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities ''1. To handle wide range of products from working capital to term loan, NCD, Investment limits, Portfolio buyout, Commercial paper in Large corporate and FIG segments Checking if all credit appraisals are adequately approved and conform to internal as well as RBI guidelinesCapability to guide/mentor the makers/checkers and ensure that processing are error free and within the committed timeline. Check whether statutory / internal exposure limits are not breached. Liaison with Business Teams, Legal, Credit etc. for timely and quality delivarables by resolution of issues/answering queries.External vendor management for multiple activities like stock audit, valuation, title search Handling various audits during the year and ensuring that adequate&timely responses are sent 8 Handling department level initiative and taking these to closure by collaborating with other stakeholders Ensure enforceable legal documentation for credit facilities as per legal guidance and standard format/procedures. Involve in security creation including mortgages, pledge, hypothecation etc.To Ensure compliance with all conditions precedent prior to disbursement To give clearance for disbursement through the LSM/DM which is sent to Loan Operations. Set process/ make modification in existing process to avoid operational risk at early stage. Co-ordinate with loan operation team to seamless processing of transactionsEnsure various covenant/deferrals tracking in system Secondary Responsibilities The role requires to work closely with Business and Operation team to faster processing of transaction under Customer First philosphy of Bank Governance of various housekeeping activities from CAD perspective: Periodic Reconciliation and clean up, documents/security management etc.Governance over data/regulatory reporting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting Managing Regulatory inspections, Audits, OR with sample/ data submission To develop an indepth understanding of IT system in credit ecosystem in Bank and assist in identification of gaps to mitigate the gaps Managerial&Leadership Responsibilities ' Excellent interpersonal communication skill Credit Monitoring skills Project Management Skills Educational Qualification: BCOM, M COM, CA&MBA Experience: 10+ years in Banking
