Based in San Francisco and Hyderabad, we are a fast-growing team driven by a mission to build AI for Good and create meaningful societal impact.Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and proactive Atlassian Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Atlassian ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools, with a strong focus on workflow optimization, user management, automation, and system maintenance.If you enjoy improving team productivity through scalable processes and efficient tool administration, we'd love to work with you. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, and related plugins. Configure workflows, issue types, permissions, dashboards, and automation rules.Manage user access, roles, groups, and security settings across Atlassian platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project tracking and operational workflows. Create and maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and process guidelines within Confluence. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform reliability.Support integrations between Atlassian products and third-party tools. Recommend best practices for scaling and optimizing Atlassian usage across teams. Required Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience as an Atlassian Administrator or similar role. Strong expertise in Jira and Confluence administration.Experience with workflow customization, automation, and permission management. Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace apps and integrations. Understanding of Agile/Scrum project management processes. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
