This role is ideal for someone who can conceptualize unique T-shirt graphics and create engaging, trend-driven content across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Create original illustrations and graphics for T-shirts and apparel collectionsDesign posters, web banners, and social media marketing assets for campaigns and product launches Develop Gen Z-focused content for Instagram, ads, and brand storytelling Conceptualize visuals aligned with streetwear, pop culture, and current trends Collaborate with product and marketing teams to execute campaigns end-to-endPrepare print-ready artwork for production (screen printing, DTF, etc.) Maintain consistency with MOOKAA's visual identity across all platforms Required Skills&Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion/streetwear Strong illustration skills (digital illustration is a must) Proven experience designing T-shirt/apparel graphics Experience creating posters, web banners, and social media marketing creatives Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopGood understanding of print techniques and color separation Strong grasp of typography, layout, and composition Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment What We're Looking For Strong understanding of Gen Z aesthetics, memes, and internet culture Ability to create bold, edgy, and scroll-stopping visualsAwareness of global streetwear and fashion trends Creative thinker with a distinct visual style Motion graphics or short-form video editing is a plus Experience with Procreate or other illustration tools Knowledge of fashion branding and drop culture
