Skills and Qualifications 10-20 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on insurance products.Strong understanding of various insurance policies and financial planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze clients' financial situations and provide tailored advice. Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively close deals. Proficiency in using CRM software and other financial analysis tools.Relevant certifications in insurance or financial advisory (e.g., IRDA certification) are a plus.
