Key Responsibilities Lead a team of designers supporting the CMT industry and guide them in adopting the latest design trends and principles. Conceptualize and visualize creative designs for digital and print media, including branding materials for client visits and RFPs. Create and enhance templates for client presentations, leadership meetings, and RFP submissions.Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand visual design needs and deliver accordingly. Develop, maintain, and organize a design library for team usage, ensuring alignment with corporate visual guidelines. Work on email marketing materials, business presentations, and interactive assets for events and client visits.Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously while adhering to defined timelines. Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine design elements based on brand and style guidelines. Stay updated with advancements in visual design tools, technologies, and industry trends. Apply strong design aesthetics to convey content visually and creatively.Design assets across multiple formats, including presentations, brochures, booklets, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials. Use MS PowerPoint, MS Word templates, and graphic editing tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator for high-quality visual outputs. Apply video editing skills where required; experience with video editing tools is an added advantage.Create marketing materials that align with branding and communication goals. Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into visual deliverables. Assign tasks, manage workloads, and review deliverables to ensure quality and consistency within the design team.Leverage UI/UX tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD; certifications in these tools are an added advantage.
