Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and define the overall team strategy and approach for Display and Programmatic disciplines. Take ownership of the vision, direction, and growth of the Display function. Operational Excellence&Innovation: Ensure best practices, consistency, and innovation across all Programmatic activities. Promote knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement across teams. Grow and evolve the product offering to remain competitive and market-leading. Cross-Channel Collaboration: Liaise with other channel leaders to standardize outputs and ensure integrated marketing strategies.Participate in cross-channel strategic planning to align with business objectives. Financial&Resource Management: Ensure achievement of annual budgets in collaboration with the Senior Management Team. Drive profitability through effective resource planning and utilization. Client&Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media owners and senior clients. Enhance service offerings through strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
