Customer Success (Technical Support) Engineer, Chennai

Do you want to work for a locally owned, world leader in network monitoring technology We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join us, ensuring Endace customers extract the maximum value from their real estate, from installation to end of life and beyond, including active engagement to successfully deploy Endace Fusion Partner Applications (3rd party) and API integrations.You will have varied responsibilities including troubleshooting customer support cases, resolving reported issues, and providing assistance with integrations as you carry out proactive customer support engagement.
