Position : Technical Service Trainer Experience : 4-10 Years Qualification : B.E Location : Chennai Lanuages required : Tamil, English, Hindi Roles & Responsibility: 1.Curriculum Development: Design and update training modules and curricula for electric vehicle service & maintenance that would include basic to advanced topic for comprehensive understanding. Create hands-on exercises, projects, and simulations to facilitate effective learning 2.Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions covering various aspects of EV fundamentals, principle of components, fault recognition and resolution including safety and regulations Ensure that training programs align with industry best practices and standards 3. Hands-On practical Exercises and Instructions: Provide hands-on training in electrical circuits, sensors, overall EV architecture Create real life problem scenarios using simulations and also train students in software tools for designing and fault analysis. 4.Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and proficiency. Provide constructive feedback to students and support their skill development. 5. Resource Management: Interface with workshop team and ensure maximum availability & utilisation of lab equipment & tools Ensure the availability of necessary training materials and resources. 6. Safety and Compliance: Emphasize and enforce safety practices in EV technology Comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe training workplace. 7. Industry Engagement: Stay updated with the latest advancements and innovations in Electric vehicle domain Collaborate with industry experts and professionals for insights and knowledge sharing. 8. Student Guidance: Provide mentorship and guidance to students, including career advice and job placement support. 9.
