Job Title: VMC Machine Operator

Job Responsibilities: Operate and monitor VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines for production activities. Load and unload raw materials and finished components safely. Perform basic machine setup as per drawings and work instructions. Read and understand engineering drawings and measurement specifications. Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Ensure production quality and maintain required tolerances. Follow safety procedures and company manufacturing standards. Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic preventive maintenance. Report machine issues or production deviations to the supervisor.

Required Skills: Basic knowledge of VMC machine operations. Ability to read mechanical drawings (preferred). Familiarity with measuring instruments. Willingness to work in shifts. Valuable learning attitude and teamwork skills.

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred. Freshers with technical training in VMC are encouraged to apply.
