Own and deliver monthly/annual sales targets by improving conversion, AOV, and customer engagement Drive lead generation, follow-ups, and closure through CRM discipline and consultative selling Execute local marketing initiatives and maximize walk-in conversion Customer Experience & Escalation Management
Ensure a premium, consistent in-store experience aligned with brand standards Handle high-value customers and resolve escalations, refunds, and service issues effectively Build customer trust through accurate commitments on product, pricing, and delivery timelines Store Operations & Compliance
Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, billing, cash handling, and SOP adherence Ensure compliance with pricing governance, audit requirements, safety, and legal standards Maintain store hygiene, discipline, and overall brand representation Team Leadership & Development
Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve individual and team KPIs Manage rostering, attendance, performance reviews, and productivity tracking Build a high-performance, customer-focused culture through continuous coaching Inventory & Order Fulfillment Management
Ensure stock accuracy, replenishment planning, and coordination with warehouse/supply chain Track orders end-to-end (order booking to delivery and installation) Minimize stockouts, shrinkage, and inventory discrepancies Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
Ensure effective product display, zoning, and VM standards to drive conversions Maintain store aesthetics, space optimization, and highlight key/high-margin products Coordinate with VM/marketing teams for campaign execution and product launches Reporting, Analytics & Business Improvement
Track and analyze KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, footfall, sales productivity) Maintain accurate reporting through CRM, POS, and Excel dashboards Identify gaps and implement corrective actions to improve store performance Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills: Graduate or MBA / Retail / Business Management 5 to 8+ years of retail experience (Furniture/Home Décor). Experience in team handling Robust understanding of furniture retail, high-value sales cycles, customer behavior, and store operations. Knowledge of KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, footfall, inventory turnover, and sales per sq. ft.
