Job Requirements* Robust hands-on experience with Fortigate firewalls (FortiOS 5.x/6.x/7.x) Expertise in configuring security policies, NAT, routing, UTM features Proficiency with VPN technologies: IPsec, SSL-VPN, site-to-site tunnels Experience managing devices using FortiManager (centralized management) Experience generating logs, reports, and event correlation using FortiAnalyzer Deep understanding of IPS, IDS, Web Filters, Application Control, Antivirus profiles Solid knowledge of network protocols: TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS Experience in HA configurations and troubleshooting cluster failover issues Familiarity with SD-WAN configuration and optimization Ability to perform firmware upgrades, backup policies, and rollback planning Exposure to security audits, compliance, and best practices (NIST, ISO 27001) Knowledge of Load Balancing, traffic shapers, QoS Valuable understanding of switching & routing concepts Knowledge of other security technologies: proxies, email security, WAF (optional)

Key Responsibilities* Administer, configure, and maintain FortiGate firewalls across multiple locations Develop, modify, and manage security policies, VIPs, IP Pools, and NAT rules Monitor, analyze, and respond to security threats using FortiAnalyzer logs Manage and troubleshoot VPNs, including IPsec tunnels & SSL-VPN authentication issues Perform daily health checks, system audits, and traffic analysis Implement HA clusters, SD-WAN rules, and routing policies Conduct firewall upgrades, rule clean-ups, backups, and version maintenance Collaborate with network and security teams to resolve connectivity and security incidents Document all firewall configurations, changes, and architecture diagrams Ensure compliance with organization security standards Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for firewall-related escalations Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n3mqq
