Role Description This is a full time, on-site D365 Functional Consultant role based in Chennai. The D365 Functional Consultant will work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting workshops, documenting functional specifications, configuring and testing D365 modules, and coordinating with technical teams for customizations and integrations. The role involves supporting users during deployment, training end users, and troubleshooting functional issues to ensure stable system operations. The consultant will also participate in process improvement initiatives, provide insights on best practices, and contribute to project planning, timelines, and status reporting.
