The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and publishing creative content across digital and print platforms while ensuring brand consistency across all MSGI institutions. ???? Role: Graphic Designer – Social Media & Creative Communications ???? Experience: 2–5 Years ???? Location: Kodambakkam Campus, Chennai ???? Department: Marketing & Communications Key Responsibilities:
• Design social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms
• Create admission campaigns, promotional posters, event creatives and digital advertisements
• Design hoardings, banners, standees, brochures, flyers and other print collateral
• Develop visual concepts aligned with institutional branding and campaign objectives
• Curate content layouts and transform briefs into compelling visual communications
• Coordinate with the marketing team to understand requirements and campaign goals
• Obtain approvals from stakeholders and implement feedback accurately
• Schedule and publish approved social media creatives as per content calendar
• Maintain brand consistency across all institutions and communication channels
• Organize creative assets and maintain design repositories Preferred Skills & Competencies:
• Strong visual design and typography skills
• Excellent understanding of social media design trends and formats
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of branding, layout design and visual storytelling
• Ability to interpret feedback and revise designs efficiently
• Team-oriented and highly organized approach Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva
• Experience with InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects will be an added advantage
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design work
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content publishing workflows
