- Strategic Leadership and Vision
- Define and implement the strategic vision for the Delivery Analytics team, aligning with overall business objectives.

- Client Relationship and Account Management:
- Oversee the management of key client accounts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

- Master’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or 15+ years of experience in this related field preferred.
- Process intelligence 5- 10 years of experience
- Extensive experience in leadership roles within data analytics
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, team leadership, and client relationship management.
- In-depth knowledge of business analysis, data analytics methodologies, and technology trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
