Role Description This is a volunteer Research role based in office in Chennai. The role involves conducting in-depth research on societal, cultural, and educational topics to support the organization's initiatives and campaigns. Responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and presenting data, collaborating with team members, and preparing detailed reports to influence decision-making. The role requires active participation in the on-ground activities of the council and maintaining an organized database of findings to aid in future projects. Qualifications Research and Data Analysis skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and organize information. Communication and Collaboration skills to effectively work with team members and stakeholders. Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Proficiency with report preparation and presentation tools, and basic understanding of research methodologies. Passion for youth development and societal betterment. Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Prior experience in a research-related role is a plus.
