At Kuehne+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine. **?** The OTM Configuration Specialist is responsible for hands-on system configuration to support Customer Onboarding and RUN activities. Working closely with the Configuration Lead, you will deliver accurate, timely, and well-documented configurations while collaborating with internal and external teams. **How you create impact** + Configure OTM modules including order management, shipment planning, rates, and automation rules + Set up user roles, screens, and domain configurations based on defined standards + Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT by resolving configuration-related issues + Maintain clear documentation, audit trails, and updates in tools such as JIRA and Monday.com + Collaborate with Configuration Leads, Solution teams, and subcontractors to resolve dependencies + Contribute to process improvements and maintain knowledge of OTM capabilities **What we would like you to bring** + 6+ years of hands-on experience in **OTM configuration** + Strong understanding of OTM data structures and process flows + Experience in configuration-driven project environments preferred + Good analytical skills; SQL knowledge is a plus + Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline + Strong communication and problem-solving skills + **Hybrid working environment** **What's in it for you** At Kuehne+Nagel, you'll be part of a global logistics leader that believes in creating real impact-on business, on customers, and on careers.
