Description We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in accounting and will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Responsibilities Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses as requiredManage accounts payable and receivable Perform reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights Maintain accurate records of financial transactionsCollaborate with auditors during financial audits Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulations
