Vellore. The Robotics Trainer will conduct engaging robotics and STEM classes, workshops, and lab sessions for students, using hands-on projects and activity-based learning methods. Responsibilities include demonstrating robotics concepts, guiding learners through building and programming robots, and supporting them in troubleshooting and improving their designs. The trainer will prepare lesson plans, manage training materials and equipment, and ensure safe and organized use of robotics kits and tools. The role also involves assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, collaborating with school staff, and participating in curriculum updates, events, and competitions.Qualifications Strong knowledge of Robotics and Robot systems, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to learners with diverse backgrounds. Hands-on experience in Robotic Welding or industrial robotics applications, and familiarity with related safety practices. Skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance of robotic equipment, including basic diagnosis and routine care of hardware.Ability to design and deliver activity-based training sessions, including lesson planning, classroom management, and learner assessment. Bachelor's degree or diploma in
Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electronics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). Prior experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or facilitating workshops, especially with school or college students, is highly desirable.Effective communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative approach to working with educators and school administration. Willingness to work on-site in Vellore, manage lab infrastructure, and support robotics events, competitions, and demonstrations as needed.
