Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore Experience: 5–7 yearsEmployment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit) • Execute seamless onboarding, induction, and documentation processes • Maintain and update employee data in HRMS with high accuracy • Handle employee records, personal files, and documentation audits• Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, and reimbursements • Manage attendance tracking, leave records, and regular reconciliations • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes• Support performance management cycles and HR initiatives • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth HR service delivery • Drive process improvements and automation in HR operations • Work extensively on HR systems (SuccessFactors experience preferred)• Support audits and ensure documentation readiness ✅ Requirements: • MBA in Human Resources or related field, BSc (Maths, Stats), BE (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical&Electronics).• 5–7 years of relevant HR operations experience • Hands-on experience in HRMS tools (SuccessFactors preferred) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Why Join Us? • Opportunity to work in a growing andinnovative organization• Collaborative work environment • Career growth and learning opportunities
