Senior Python Fullstack Engineer | Contract-to-Hire | Bangalore

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days WFO)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (6–8 Months on Geektrust Labs Payroll, followed by conversion to Taylor & Francis payroll)

Compensation 5–8 Years Experience: Up to ₹37 LPA 8–10 Years Experience: Up to ₹45 LPA

Role: Senior Python Fullstack Engineer We are looking for highly hands-on Fullstack Engineers with strong backend depth in Python and good frontend exposure. This is a coding-heavy role where candidates are expected to contribute end-to-end across backend systems and UI implementation.

Required Skills Strong experience in Python backend development Hands-on expertise with: Django Flask FastAPI Solid experience with AWS cloud services Solid SQL/database fundamentals Frontend development experience with contemporary UI frameworks/libraries Understanding of state management and frontend optimisation techniques Ability to work across frontend and backend independently
