Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Pre-School Teacher to foster a love of learning in young children. The teacher will be responsible for creating a secure, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment that supports the emotional, social, physical, and cognitive growth of children.

Key Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities Create a warm, secure, and inclusive classroom environment Encourage learning through play, storytelling, music, and creative activities Monitor and assess children’s progress and development Maintain daily records and prepare progress reports Communicate regularly with parents regarding child’s development Ensure safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children Manage classroom behavior using positive discipline techniques Organize events, celebrations, and school activities Collaborate with other teachers and staff

Required Qualifications Graduate / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (NTT / Montessori / ECCEd preferred) / Freshers . Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a pre-school or similar setting Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, school ERP is a plus)
