Senior Python Fullstack Engineer | Contract-to-Hire | Bangalore

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days WFO)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (6–8 Months on Geektrust Labs Payroll, followed by conversion to Taylor & Francis payroll)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Candidates serving notice period within 20 days only

Compensation 5–8 Years Experience: Up to ₹37 LPA 8–10 Years Experience: Up to ₹45 LPA

Role: Senior Python Fullstack Engineer

We are looking for highly hands-on Fullstack Engineers with solid backend depth in Python and good frontend exposure. This is a coding-heavy role where candidates are expected to contribute end-to-end across backend systems and UI implementation.

Required Skills Strong experience in Python backend development Hands-on expertise with: Django Flask FastAPI Solid experience with AWS cloud services Robust SQL/database fundamentals Frontend development experience with contemporary UI frameworks/libraries Understanding of state management and frontend optimisation techniques Ability to work across frontend and backend independently

What We’re Looking For Candidates who have built and worked on frontend applications Strong backend engineering depth Hands-on coding experience across the stack Engineers comfortable owning features end-to-end

Frontend Evaluation Focus

Candidates should be able to discuss: Frontend technologies/libraries they’ve worked with Components/features they’ve implemented State management approaches Performance optimisations handled in UI applications

Pay: Up to ₹4,500,000.00 per year
