Quality Engineer/Senior Engineer (Devanahalli)

Position Title: Quality Engineer/ Senior Engineer Department: Quality Assurance, Reports To: HOD , Experience : 3 to 6 Years Role Objective To ensure product and process quality through effective implementation of quality planning, inspection, problem-solving methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives in line with customer and QMS requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. Quality Planning &
- System Documentation Develop and maintain quality documents including: Control Plans / FMEA Work instructions / SOP Prepare and manage PPAP submissions as per customer requirements.
- Inspection &
- Testing Performing inspections individually as necessary: Incoming material inspection In-process quality checks and Final product inspection First Article Inspections
- Problem Solving &
- Corrective Actions Investigate internal and customer complaints. Owing FPYR trends conduct necessary investigation Ensure effective implementation of corrective actions.
- Process Monitoring &
- Improvement Monitor SPC , MSA and analyze process capabilities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives targeting: Defect reduction Cost savings Productivity improvement Required Skills &
