The Role Prakriti Project is the product line of Satvic Movement. We sell organic food staples and natural skincare, dispatched daily from our Devanahalli HQ. Every order is a promise to a customer who trusts us with what they eat and put on their skin. Your mission is to run a clean, efficient store: shelves always stocked, products beautifully packed, every order dispatched on time. You will manage a team of 7–10 people and own the full operation from inbound grain to outgoing delivery. This is a floor leadership role, not a desk job.What You Will Own Daily Operations Set the daily packing and grinding schedule. Decide what gets packed, how much, and in what order Update Zoho Inventory every day. Bulk, packed, and shipped stock must match exactly at end of day Ensure the delivery agency collects all orders and review reports to confirm 24-hour delivery within BangaloreConduct surprise quality checks on outgoing boxes: cleanliness, sticker placement, and packaging neatness Review customer complaints daily and fix the process that caused each one within 7 days Inventory, Quality&Compliance Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Sourcing Manager so food items and packaging materials never run out Conduct monthly pest checks on all grain using natural methods like sun-drying to keep everything clean Lead a monthly deep clean of the packing and grinding room Maintain FSSAI, Trade License, and GST compliance documents. Renewals must never lapseTeam Leadership Lead, schedule, and manage 7–10 packers, grinders, and dispatch staff Create weekly rosters, manage leave, and ensure coverage for daily operations at all times Train new team members until they meet your quality standards independently Your 3-Month Targets 99% of Bangalore orders delivered within 24 hoursCustomer complaints below 1% for wrong products, damage, or quality issues 100% Zoho accuracy. Physical stock and system stock must match every single night Zero production stoppages due to missing packaging materials Zero stockouts. No customer is ever told a food item is unavailable What We Are Looking For2–5 years managing a store, warehouse, or fulfilment operation, with direct team management Experience in organic food, grocery, FMCG, or perishables strongly preferred Hands-on experience with an inventory system such as Zoho, Unicommerce, or similar Track record of building SOPs that the teamactually followsComfort with compliance paperwork. FSSAI and statutory registers are not new to you Someone who is on the floor more than at a desk, hates running out of stock, and is personally bothered by any quality lapse A Few Things to Know Leaving without updating Zoho, running out of boxes, or sending out an unclean packet. None of these are acceptable, everEvery complaint that happens twice is a process failure. Fixing the symptom once is not enough This is an execution role, not a strategy role. Your job is to make the store run, every day This is not a role for freshers or for people who have only managed systems. You must have managed people and physical operations
