Hiring for Associate – Customer Success / Operations | Bengaluru
Looking for MBA (Operations / Supply Chain / Logistics) professionals with 1–3 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Success, Post Sales Operations, Enterprise SaaS, or tech-enabled operations workplace to join a rapid-growing logistics technology platform.
Key Responsibilities: Act as SPOC for enterprise clients and manage end-to-end customer operations Drive post-sales implementation, onboarding, configuration, and client training activities Coordinate with Operations, Product, Tech, and Client teams to ensure timely execution and SLA adherence Monitor operational workflows, turnaround times, KPIs, and service performance metrics Handle customer queries, worklists, escalations, and implementation requests efficiently Support process optimization and operational efficiency improvement initiatives Work closely with technical teams for troubleshooting and platform adoption Ensure seamless execution of day-to-day business and customer success operations
