Program Associate — Social Sector Bangalore (In-office) | ₹4–6 LPA | 0–2 yrs experience About the Role: We are looking for young, purpose-driven individuals to join us as Program Associates, working closely with Program Heads across our social sector initiatives. This is a high-ownership, early-career role with exposure to program execution, strategy, stakeholder coordination, and operations. Fresh graduates with strong intent and learning mindset are welcome. Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with Program Heads to support planning, coordination, and execution of programs.
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, follow-ups, documentation, and coordination.
- Coordinate with field teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Track program progress, maintain reports, and proactively flag risks or bottlenecks.
- Support strategy discussions and contribute to program improvement initiatives. Qualification and Skills:
- Graduate (any stream)
- Fluent in English / Kannada / Hindi
- Genuine interest in the social sector and creating impact
- Strong communication, organisation, and coordination skills
- Proactive, dependable, and willing to take ownership
