Role Overview: Senior Research Associate (SRA) / Zonal Coordinator (ZC)• The role involves leading research design, developing training modules, conducting economic and policy analysis, and imparting training to government officials at the state and district levels. Candidates will work closely with government stakeholders, guiding District Collectors and senior officials on sectoral growth, GVA estimation, and strengthening data-drivengovernance. Responsibilities include auditing KPIs and their correlation with GSDP, undertaking data analytics studies, supporting KPI frameworks, supervising teams, and delivering high-quality reports and workshops.• Applicants should be pursuing a PhD/completed a Master’s in Economics/Statistics with 2–3years of experience. Strong analytical and communication skills, stakeholder management, and experience in policy research are essential. Knowledge of official statistical systems is an added advantage.• Familiarity with Andhra Pradesh and the local language is an advantage. Role Overview: Research Associate (RA)• The role involves assisting the Zonal Coordinator in developing training modules, conducting data analytics studies, imparting training to officials, and working closely with district administrations. Responsibilities include supporting KPI tracking, contributing to GVA estimation exercises,assisting in KPI audits and correlation with GSDP, and preparing reports,policy briefs, and presentations.• Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics/Statistics with 0–2 years of experience. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, basic knowledge of data analysis tools, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment areessential. Knowledge of official statistical systems is an added advantage.• Familiarity with Andhra Pradesh and the local language will be an advantage.
