Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Coordinator who will be responsible for data analysis, MIS reporting, and operational coordination with Center Heads across Karnataka and the internal sales team. The candidate should have robust knowledge of Excel, analytical thinking, and excellent follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

▪ Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

▪ Analyze sales, operational, and performance data using Excel

▪ Coordinate and follow up with Center Heads across Karnataka regarding reports, admissions, performance, and pending tasks

▪ Work closely with the internal sales team to track leads, conversions, and performance updates

▪ Ensure timely collection, updating, and accuracy of data from all centers

▪ Identify gaps, trends, and improvement areas through data analysis

▪ Maintain dashboards, records, and reporting systems efficiently

▪ Support management with accurate reporting and smooth operational coordination

Required Skills

▪ Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas, reports, etc.)

▪ Good analytical and data management skills

▪ Robust coordination and follow-up abilities

▪ Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

▪ Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

▪ Experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Operations Coordination preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00
- ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate: Vijaya Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Application Question(s): Are you willing to work from Monday to Saturday, from 10 AM to 5 PM? Sunday will be the weekly off.
