- Navi Mumbai Domain: Civil Engineering Required Skills & Qualifications: ~ Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering ; Master’s in Project Management is an added advantage. ~12 to 19 years of experience in the Planning activities for EPC projects within the Building/Factories domain. ~ Strong expertise in MS Project / P6 for project scheduling and planning. ~ Positive understanding of civil engineering construction methods, resource planning, and cost control. ~ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-managemen t skills. ~ Ability to lead the planning function independently and manage multiple project interfaces. Key Responsibilities Develop, monitor, and update the Master Project Schedule using tools such as MS Project / Primavera (P6). Prepare baseline schedules, resource plans, procurement schedules, and cash flow projections. Track daily, weekly, and monthly project progress; prepare progress reports and variance analysis. Coordinate with site teams, project managers, procurement, engineering, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to timelines. Participate in client meetings, planning reviews, and progress discussions.
