Finance / Accountancy Officer (Konain)

Role Description The Finance Controller at Kreative & Co. will oversee the company's financial health, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all finance functions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as monitoring cash flow and working capital. The role includes preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, coordinating with external auditors, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. The Finance Controller will design and maintain internal controls, support management with financial analysis for strategic decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost optimization and ROI improvement. The position offers a compensation of 6 LPA and involves close partnership with leadership to support sustainable growth. Strong foundation in Finance, with the ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Proficiency in Accounting and preparing Financial Statements in line with applicable standards. Experience in Financial Reporting, including management reports, variance analysis, and compliance documentation. Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CMA, CPA or equivalent) are preferred.
