Manager – AFR, Process & Project Support (Vikhroli)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate on Project & Process services we offer for Air Freight, support product with standardization in processes, manage projects and drive best practice sharing and continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Track status of project deliverables and milestones.
- Collaborate with stake holders participating in the projects.
- Interact with country representatives and various stake holder in your regular execution of assigned tasks.
- Participate in problem solving and process improvement process together with team manager.
- Assist to meet performance targets.
- Evaluate department processes. Recommend and coordinate needed changes based on process analysis.
- Drive standardization in the processes.
- Work closely with colleagues in the business to identify solutions, best practices and KPIs to improve existing processes.
- Assist staff to resolve complex problems and responsible for quality control.
- Ensure thorough documentation for the process.
- Participate in additional projects assigned by the team manager.
- Ensure process compliance and drive Customer Satisfaction Processes
- Manage large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs across global teams and functions.
- Drive end-to-end project governance, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment for assigned initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional global teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Support operating model transformations, process harmonization initiatives, and other strategic transformation programs. Required Skills/Abilities:
- Graduate (Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in any discipline)
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience.
- Logistics background / Air Freight operations experience will be added advantage.
- Must be familiar with CW1
- Positive Computer knowledge (words, excel, power point, Power BI).
- Good Communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management Skills and usage of various AI tools available.
- Strong project governance, execution, and risk management capabilities.
