- ₹20,000.00 per hour Job description: JOB TITLE: Accounts Incharge LOCATION: Villianur, Puducherry SALARY: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month JOB TYPE: Full time EXPERIENCE: 1 – 3 Years JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Incharge to manage the day-to-day financial and accounting operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, and support audits and compliance activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledger entries, journal entries, and reconciliation
- Process and verify accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances on time
- Handle petty cash management and daily cash flow monitoring
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for invoice processing and payments
- Assist in preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Maintain proper filing systems for financial documents
- Coordinate with CA / auditors as required QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com preferred
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
