JOB TITLE: Accounts Incharge
LOCATION: Villianur, Puducherry
SALARY: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
JOB TYPE: Full time
EXPERIENCE: 1 – 3 Years
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Incharge to manage the day-to-day financial and accounting operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, and support audits and compliance activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledger entries, journal entries, and reconciliation Process and verify accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances on time Handle petty cash management and daily cash flow monitoring Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly Coordinate with vendors and clients for invoice processing and payments Assist in preparation of budgets and financial forecasts Support internal and external audit processes Maintain proper filing systems for financial documents Coordinate with CA / auditors as required
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com preferred 1–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime Working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation laws
