Description
Job Description We are looking for a smart, energetic, and well-organized Office Admin / Front Office Executive for our EdTech company. The candidate will be responsible for handling visitor queries, student follow-ups, office coordination, and supporting daily administrative activities. Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in visitors and course inquiries
- Explain basic course details to students/candidates
- Customer and lead follow-up through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Coordinate demo sessions and counseling schedules
- Maintain student and inquiry records in Excel/CRM
- Support admission and onboarding activities
- Handle office administration and day-to-day coordination
- Manage basic documentation and reports
- Coordinate with trainers, HR, and sales team
- Ensure smooth front office operations Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English Preferred Candidate
- Experience in EdTech/Training Institute is an added advantage
- Freshers with good communication can also apply
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Valuable phone etiquette and follow-up skills
- Smart, polite, and professional behavior
- Ability to multitask and manage office activities Pay: ₹12,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits:
