Full Stack Developer (Kharadi)

About the Role We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless functionality, performance, and user experience. The candidate should be proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications.
- Work on both front-end and back-end development activities.
- Design responsive user interfaces and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Design, and QA.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Ensure data security, performance, and application reliability. Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- React.js / Angular / Vue.js
- Node.js / Express.js
- Core PHP / Laravel / Python / Java (any backend framework)
- Experience with databases:
- MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API integrations.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment processes.
- Basic knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage. Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines. Pay: ₹25,000.00
