- Accurately enter and update data in company databases, Google Sheets, and internal systems while ensuring speed and accuracy
- Review, verify, and enrich data through research using company websites and other relevant online sources
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure records remain accurate, consistent, and reliable
- Maintain well-organized, clean, and properly formatted data in line with company guidelines
- Work closely with internal teams to understand data needs and resolve inconsistencies effectively
- Recommend and support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Upload, manage, and maintain data on internal platforms and systems as per company processes Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree completed in any field
- 0–1 year of experience preferred; freshers with relevant skills may also apply
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Office, especially Excel
- Robust computer skills with fast typing speed and efficient system navigation
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, workflows, and processes
- Ability to follow standard procedures and maintain consistency in tasks
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately
- Good English communication, comprehension, and verbal skills
- Awareness of current global trends and events for accurate contextual data handling
