Role Description We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in IT Sales and Lead Generation. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a good understanding of the sales life cycle, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Job Location: Pune, India. Experience: 1 Year to 4 Years Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and online platforms. Manage the complete sales life cycle from lead generation to closure. Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions/services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Keep updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Required Skills Experience in IT Sales and Lead Generation. Good understanding of the Sales Life Cycle. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset. Eligibility Criteria 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Business Development or IT Sales. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred. Pay: ₹400,000.00
